Referral & Collection Process – Important Update

How It Works Now (Effective Immediately)
We remain steadfast in our mission to support vulnerable individuals in Gibraltar. To maximise the effectiveness of our limited volunteer capacity—available only on Mondays and Tuesdays—we have streamlined our food parcel process to be more predictable and manageable.

  1. Referral by Frontline Professionals
As always, referrals must be made by Frontline Professionals—including but not limited to social workers, doctors, health visitors, among others—via the referral form below

  2. Parcel Preparation Schedule

    • All referrals received during the week before Monday at 10:00 AM will be processed and packed on that same Monday.

    • Referrals received after Monday at 10:00 AM will be scheduled for preparation the following Monday.

  3. Collection Appointment
Unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance, service users may collect their food parcels on Tuesdays between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, at:
    Unit 26 Wellington Front

  4. What This Means for Service Users
Please inform service users of the process when submitting referrals:

    • If referred before Monday 10 AM, they can collect this Tuesday.

    • If referred after Monday 10 AM, collection will be next Tuesday.

    • This approach ensures clarity, reduces stress, and manages expectations and ensures consistency in our delivery of the service.
