Important Update
To help us serve vulnerable individuals in Gibraltar as effectively as possible, we have streamlined our food parcel process. This enables our volunteer team to prepare parcels efficiently while continuing to provide a reliable service.
1. Referral
All referrals must be made by a Frontline Professional, including (but not limited to):
Social Workers
Doctors
Health Visitors
Other recognised support professionals
Please complete the referral form below.
2. Parcel Preparation
Food parcels are prepared every Monday.
Referrals received by 10:00 am on Monday will be included in that week's preparation.
Referrals received after 10:00 am on Monday will be prepared the following Monday.
3. Collection
Once the food parcel is ready, one of our volunteers will contact the service user to arrange collection from:
